Jim De Young is currently the President of the Western Wisconsin Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors Association (WWPHCCA) and he has also been appointed as a member of the board of directors at the Mechanical Contractors Association of Northwest Wisconsin, Inc. Carol De Young takes an active role in the leadership of the Rotary Club of New Richmond and in 2007 was appointed as an Employer Advisor Delegate to the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards Committee.

Kendall “Elgin” Obermueller is a licensed Master Plumber and is the Commercial Plumbing Manager. He has been with Countryside since 1985. Dave Wilcox is in charge of the Commercial Heating Department and joined us in 2000 after many years in the HVAC industry.
