Countryside Plumbing and Heating prides itself in the service we provide to our customers. Our trained technicians are here to serve our customers 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. Each technician has gone through not only the latest refrigerant certification but also attend the many training sessions offered by our suppliers to keep them abreast of the latest technology that has been implemented in our equipment.

During normal business hours, our service managers, Rick Pahl in the heating and air conditioning department, and Paul Koehler in the plumbing department, will take your call and let you know when we can have someone at your home to handle your repair. They have phone contact with each technician to be able to expedite your service request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our answering machine takes all after hours emergency service calls, and immediately pages the “On-Call” service technician. By following the instruction on the phone and entering “55” you are routed to the emergency area where you must leave your phone number and a short message. The service technician will then return your call to get further instructions and schedule your repair. During extreme weather times, it is very important to identify the urgency of your problem so that the technician can prioritize your needs along with his other calls.

For peace of mind – we offer a “Comfort Assurance” program. This program is designed as preventative maintenance to the customers heating and cooling system and troubleshoots minor problems before they become major expenses. Routine maintenance means your heating/cooling systems will continue to operate at their peak performance, which saves the homeowner money on operating cost and overall maintenance. Todd Belisle can also answer any questions you may have about “Comfort Assurance”.

We also have a separate staff of plumbing technicians that are available for service calls around the clock. The same procedure is used to request either day or emergency service. Paul Koehler is the Plumbing Service Supervisor and has many years of experience to help you with your projects and schedule the proper technician to assist you if needed.
